1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items that have been used or washed.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will offer an exchange for the same product or a similar one at no additional charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to arrange an exchange.
5. How to Return an Item
